Maintenance approvals
Open a request with its estimated cost and full status history, then approve it or send it back for revision from your phone instead of waiting until you are at a desk.
DeyarTech app · Android
The DeyarTech app is the field companion for property managers and technicians: approve maintenance requests from your phone, close a job with photos taken at the unit, and keep working when the signal drops. Same DeyarTech account — no separate sign-up.
The first build has not been published yet
What it does
We built the app around what actually gets done away from a desk: a fast decision on a maintenance request, photographic proof of the work, and progress that does not stall when coverage does.
Open a request with its estimated cost and full status history, then approve it or send it back for revision from your phone instead of waiting until you are at a desk.
Technicians get their assignments in order, document the unit before and after with photos taken on site, and close the job with a short report that lands straight in the record.
Basements, rooftops and half-built sites are exactly where coverage disappears. The app stores your work on the device and uploads it the moment the connection returns — once, never twice.
A push the moment a request arrives, a job changes state, or something is waiting on your approval — opening the exact record it refers to.
Download
The app is available today for Android as a direct download from this site. An iPhone version is in preparation and will be announced here the moment it is ready.
APK signed by DeyarTech
We currently distribute the app as a direct download rather than through Google Play. The file is signed with the DeyarTech key, and every release publishes its checksum so you can verify it before installing.
No installer has been published on this page yet. We are in the last round of testing, and the download button will appear here as soon as the first build is uploaded.
Notify me when it is availableNot available yet
Apple does not allow apps to be installed from outside the App Store, so there is no legitimate way to hand out an iPhone build before it is published there. That work is underway — and we would rather tell you plainly than show a store badge that leads nowhere.
In the meantime
The DeyarTech dashboard works fully in your phone browser, and you can add it to your home screen from the Safari share menu so it opens like an app.
Open the dashboard in your browserInstallation
Because the app does not come from Google Play, Android blocks the install until you allow your browser to do it — once. All four steps take under a minute.
Android will warn you that the file comes from an unknown source. That warning appears for anything installed outside the store and is not the result of scanning this file; just make sure you downloaded it from deyartech.com.
Tap the download button above from an Android phone. Your browser may ask you to confirm the download — accept it.
Open the file once it finishes downloading. When the blocked-install message appears, tap "Settings" and turn on "Allow from this source" for the browser you downloaded with.
Go back to the file, tap "Install", then "Open" when it finishes. You can switch that install permission back off afterwards if you prefer.
Use the same DeyarTech email and password. There is no separate registration, and your permissions inside the app are exactly the ones you have in the dashboard.
Security and updates
Every release we publish is signed with the same key, and Android automatically refuses any update signed with a different one — which is what stops the app being replaced by something that is not ours.
We publish the SHA-256 checksum of every release on this page, so you can compare it with the file you downloaded and confirm it arrived exactly as it was built.
With no store there is no automatic update. When a new version ships, download it here and install it over the old one — your data and your session stay exactly as they are.
